Successfully led the migration of the acquired entity's financial operations from Xero to a unified, corporate-grade NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring data integrity and continuity throughout the transition.

Authored the foundational target architecture, currently transitioning into the procurement phase to enable key enterprise capabilities:
- Revenue Recognition: Standardising reporting frameworks to ensure compliant, unified revenue recognition.
- Structured Contract Data: Designing and implementing a robust data model to transform legacy contract management into structured, actionable intelligence.
- Metering Solutions: Leading the RFP process to procure and integrate high-performance metering systems to support scalable service delivery.
